With the Supreme court decision in the case of South Dakota vs Wayfair many U.S. states have passed online shopping sales tax laws designed to compel e-commerce retailers to collect state and local sales taxes from customers. Therefore we now must collect sales taxes from customers that live in all of the 45 states that have a state sales tax including Washington, D.C.

You will be charge sales /use tax according to the state to which the item is being shipped.

We do not collect sales taxes from Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon, since those states do not have state sales taxes.
